Happy 2 Months!

Kadee Lynn is now 2 month's old!  Sadly, that means that she got her first set of vaccines. Here is proof of her vaccines the day after when she was much happier!  She is EXTREMELY sensitive.  The nurse said he'd never heard a baby cry as hard as she did- I think thats just because she has such a high pitch cry...probably the highest I've ever heard too - but its so cute, think I'll have to video record it next time.

Time to take off the band-aids!  She is almost 10 lbs now (went from the 15th to the 30th percentile!).  and she is now 22.5" long.  check out those chunky thighs...well they are chunky compare to how skinny they use to be :).

Because she was so good I got her a new Infant-to-Toddler Rocker & I think she loves it!

She also got a cool mirror for the car so she can see me..but I actually got it so I can look at her while driving - which is the best thing ever!  (especially when I'm reaching back trying to find her paci).  It's so cute whenever I reach back to get her paci, she grabs one of my fingers & I love it so much I will drive around 1 handed until I have to turn.

2 months is such a happy age.  Less crying, lots of smiling, cooing, silly faces, and sleeping 11-13 hours through the night with only 1 feeding.  Her personality really is growing and it so fun to play with her - but I really do miss how tiny she was.  I am sad we took hardly any photos & videos of her the first 2 weeks due to us 'surviving.' People weren't kidding when they said they grow up way too fast.  She still lives her pj's because she spits up so much & I don't want to ruin all her cute outfits (& pj's are so much easier to change into/out of).  Now if I could just get her to take better naps during the day so she wouldn't be as fussy then she would be a near perfect baby! (and YES that is red in her hair...it is auburn & looks bright red when she's in the light, Scott is quite disappointed her hair hasn't stayed dark brown).

Below is a video of me attempting to get her to smile & make her cute cooing noises - but she was way too fascinated with looking at the tv (which we don't let her watch) & seeing herself being recorded on the laptop. But anyways, here's a video of her:

Now that I have posted videos of my baby I think my sister-in-law's need to do the same!
