A Blessed Day

Kadee Lynn FINALLY got blessed.  We waited till Easter because RSV has been pretty bad this season & family would coincidentally be in town, she is a week short of being 4 months old.  I was so glad we waited, as it was fun having so many of Kadee Lynn's cousins in town.  It was such a wonderful & special day.  I am so thankful to have a husband who honors his priesthood.
Patty (my mother-in-law) made Kadee Lynn's beautiful dress Saturday night.  I'm in love with this dress.  The only problem was that Kadee Lynn's boobies must have gotten bigger in a week because the dress wouldn't fit!  So 20 minutes before church Patty is unstitching & cutting the dress so we can get it on her.  In fact we BEARLY made it to church on time...so funny.  So we had to sit in the back for our own blessing (little did we know Karyn was saving the entire 3rd row for us).  So funny
Thanks Nanny!

First time standing on grass!

 mmm yummy bow.

After the blessing we did Easter lunch & the kids had their egg hunt.  Lunch was a bit stressful planning since Scott has a pretty big sized family, and our house isn't so big & my cooking doesn't compare to Patty's...but everything worked out - I even stuffed my first turkey!

Hope ya'all had a great Easter!
