9 months

Being pregnant I thought 9 months was a very long time, but 9 months of having a baby goes by in a flash.

Here's a little video of her being silly.  We really need to capture her more on video.

Silly things that Kadee Lynn does:

-head butts you (& other babies) and laughs

-crawls over you, not to get somewhere, just because its fun and silly to crawl over you

-all her silly noises
-screams at dogs & little children (I think its her way of saying hey!)

-I'm sure there are lots of others that I can't think of at this moment.

Loves climbing, clawing, rolling, and wrestling with daddy

 I was hoping to clean the kitchen so I had her take a bath in the sink, except she kept crawling on the counter - so we are back to the tub...where she likes to stand up so I can no longer clean the bathroom during bath time

She had her 9 month check-up today.  Her percentages went down quite a bit.  She only gained 1.5 lbs in the past 3 months.  It could be due to her moving around all the time, so she's going to get weighed again in a month to see if we need to change any of her habits.  (Like making her drink more milk or feeding her at night again...lets hope not).

Weight: 16.16 lbs - 9.14% (down from 20.81% at 6 months)

Length: 27.5 in - 49.4% (down from 52.28% at 6 months)

Head Circ: 17.12 in - 35.6% (down from 54.72% at 6 months)

Other than that, the dr. said she is super healthy and doing amazing with her fine and gross motor skills.  She can clap, stand up and move along as long as she has one hand holding - she will even stand free for a second as she switches hands.  Everyone keeps saying 'looks like she is going to walk any day now' but I think she still has a while.

Happy 9 months Kadee Lynn.  Her next well-check up will be 1 year, which is CRAZY to me.  Time to get out the fall clothes and get ready for winter to come.
